  Jessica, Kayla and the bald maintenance dude (can't remember his name) are finally gone!! So I can officially give this place 5 stars. PMR communities gave this up for rent and new owners set up residence. They were very kind, seemed promising and addressed issues we've been having for 2 years now (unfinished exteriors, bugs, etc.) although we will be moving out here soon, I definitely recommend new residents to check this place out. Especially since the old management is gone.
