  I had made an online reservation past closing time and got a phone call the next morning about my reservation. I was greeted by Ellen, who was super nice and informative about the whole process, and overall was extremely helpful. She showed me the storage unit I was interested in and gave me all of the information I would need about renting the place. Signing the paperwork was fast and painless. Pricing seems average but I was able to pick up a special they were having online. Area is clean and looks nice. My storage unit was also clean and the area seemed very secure.
