  Bought a truck battery and scheduled an appointment online for free installation. Called when I didn’t receive the 2nd email for my appointment. Representative stated they sold the last battery earlier that day and couldn’t get one til two days later. So I asked him to change my order to a different location.
  
  He scheduled me an appointment with the fern creek location for an hour later. When I went to have it installed the representative at fern creek stated he didn’t have time to install it. So he carried the battery out to my truck and said I should go to the outer loop location where I originally put the order in to have them install it. Sat in the parking lot and called outer loop location to inform them of the situation. I was told by the lady working that she didn’t have time either. While calling around to different locations I sat in the fern creek parking lot and watched the representative sit at the register with no other appointments.
  
  Jake from the St. Mathews location was very professional and apologized on behalf of the other two locations and offered to install the battery when no one else would. I ended up installing it myself even though I have been sick and didn’t want to be out in the cold. It just wasn’t worth the hassle of driving to the other side of town. Just wanted my experience to be shared.
